1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reapify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Reapify is a lead generation platform that helps web design agencies and freelancers discover potential clients by analyzing publicly available business information and website quality. The Service includes automated website scoring, AI-powered analysis, contact discovery, and outreach tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.); (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) resell or redistribute leads or data obtained through the Service without authorization; (e) circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
5. Data & Scraping
Reapify collects and analyzes publicly available business information from sources including Google Maps, public websites, and social media profiles. You acknowledge that the accuracy of this data depends on third-party sources and may not always be current. You are solely responsible for how you use the leads and contact information provided by the Service, including compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate website scores, insight summaries, and outreach drafts. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. Reapify does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Reapify and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (e.g., customized outreach messages).
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reapify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
